We consign Monday – Friday by appointment only. We accept 10 appointments or consignors per day. Each consignor is limited to no more than 20 items.
- A $20.00 Consignment Fee will be due at time of contract signing. The fee is good for 1 year and covers the cost of advertising and administrative fees.
- Items will be placed in the showroom for a 90 day limited period and priced creatively with a graduated reduction in price over time.
Items become the property of Five Star Consigning Connections after the 90 day period of time. Our mission is to donate to the needy and we now have several confirmed charities. It is the sole responsibility of the consignor to make an appointment to pick up items five days prior to the expiration date as explained in the contractual agreement every time items are consigned. You will not receive a call from Five Star Consigning Connections. The easiest way to conform to this policy is mark your calendar ahead the day you bring in your items. If your name is not on a pickup schedule your items will be donated and removed from the showroom floor.

Our fee is a 50/50 split on everything. We are in a very busy shopping center and are able to move your items because of the traffic we entertain. We are not in an industrial park or off the beaten path. Therefore we have higher costs to deal with. In addition, we relocate your items constantly and we advertise. If your items do not sell we still have the fixed overhead that includes the personnel. We have a track record for handling and moving high end merchandise. We welcome you to participate in our program.
We call it "People helping People"
